Delete your account and data

Developer: rkjdev · App: PranArog (com.rkjdev.pranarogapp)

Deletion is permanent. It removes your medications, dose history, Jiva chats, preferences and your PranArog account. Active Premium subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Google Play.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

Open PranArog and go to Settings.
Under Legal & Privacy, tap Delete account.
Confirm, then sign in with Google once more so we know it's you.
PranArog deletes your cloud data, your account, and the local copy on your device, and shows the status of each step.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email rajankrishnan909@gmail.com from the Google account you used to sign in. We'll delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Firebase Authentication account (Google sign-in link).
All Cloud Firestore documents under your user: medications, dose logs, chat sessions and messages, insights.
Local database and preferences on the device where you deleted the account.

What may be retained

Anonymous crash reports (if you enabled them), kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days, not linked to your identity.
Content reports you submitted about Jiva, kept for up to 12 months for safety review, with your user ID removed once the account is deleted.
Purchase records held by Google Play under Google's own policies.
